About Me
Learn a little more about me and what I do...
I am 21 years old and live on Kent Island in Maryland, never heard of it? You're not alone. I grew up there my whole life until I moved off to Florida for about two years to go to Full Sail University. It was an experience that changed me greatly, both professionally and personally, and I wouldn't trade the experience I had for the world, though I am happy that it is over.
When I was a kid, I fell in love with auto racing, and through that, graphic design. I started drawing the cars that I watched, but soon that got boring. So, I started designing my own liveries. What would a Pepperidge Farms' Goldfish car look like? How about a Wonka Nerds car? That's what I did for fun. I wasn't exactly the best at drawing, but the love and attention to detail was there, and that's where school took over and improved my skills.
When I made it to Full Sail, I came for motion graphics, instead I fell for logo design and identity branding, as well as reignite my love for livery design. In 2008, I entered and won the Sharpie Design the Pace Car contest, the pace car for the 2008 Sharpie 500 was painted in my design. You can see that design in my Gallery, under Liveries.
My dream is to some day move to the Charlotte Area to design race car liveries professionally. Then, eventually founding my own design studio that would design liveries, as well as work in print and identity branding for race teams, drivers and tracks.
